ZFoam ECO ist mehr als nur eine Produktpalette. Wir setzen damit auf die Verwendung nachhaltiger Materialien und eine eindeutige Ausrichtung auf die Kreislaufwirtschaft.<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>

Bei dieser Produktpalette, die unter der Marke ZFoam ECO vertrieben wird, zeigt sich, wie sehr wir uns f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit und die Verwendung von Materialien einsetzen, die genauso leistungsstark wie herk\u00f6mmliche Werkstoffe sind, dabei aber eine saubere, umweltschonende Alternative darstellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

    Leicht zu recycelnde Materialien<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Wir gehen von der Pr\u00e4misse aus, dass alle Schaumstoffe recycelbar sind, was gegen\u00fcber anderen Werkstoffen bereits einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied ausmacht. Aber nicht nur das, wir bieten dar\u00fcberhinaus Materialien ein, die ganz einfach und kosteng\u00fcnstig recycelt werden k\u00f6nnen, wie z. B. den ECO S33 Schaumstoff, ein unvernetzter Schaumstoff, der am Ende seiner Lebensdauer ganz einfach komplett recycelt werden kann.<\/span>

    Recycelte Materialien<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Wir verwenden bereits regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Werkstoffe, die zu 30-40 % aus recyceltem Material bestehen, ein Prozentsatz, der rasch zunimmt. Ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr ist unser ECO RCL Schaumstoff, der zu 65% aus einem reycelten Werkstoff besteht, wobei wir jedoch schon an Projekten arbeiten, die auf 100% recycelte Bestandteile abzielen.<\/span>

    Biomaterialien<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Diese Produktfamilie umfasst die LJ BIO, BIO PT und BIO PN Schaumstoffe, die aus 100% erneuerbaren Rohstoffen bestehen, die aus Rohrzucker, Forstabf\u00e4llen oder gebrauchtem Speise\u00f6l gewonnen werden und einen negativen CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck haben (das bedeutet, dass Sie bei ihrer Produktion kein CO2 aussto\u00dfen, sondern binden). Ihre Nachverfolgbarkeit wird von der International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) zertifiziert.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    Jede Art von Schaumstoff ist an sich schon ein nachhaltiges Material, das einen viel geringeren (oder, wie Sie gesehen haben, sogar negativen) CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck hinterl\u00e4sst, da es deutlich weniger dicht ist.<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

    Das bedeutet, dass weniger Rohstoffe zur Herstellung ben\u00f6tigt werden, was sowohl den Energieverbrauch als auch die Umweltbelastung verringert.<\/p>\n<\/div>
