The result is a recycled foam with the same dimensional accuracy, lightness, mechanical strength and impeccable aesthetics demanded by our industrial customers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What type of Ecozote\u00ae do I need?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The current range of Ecozote\u00ae foams offers two main lines:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ecozote\u00ae LDR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: incorporating a minimum of 30% post-industrial recycled material (PIR), with colour aesthetics and excellent mechanical performance. Ideal for customised solutions that require good appearance and repeatability. Available in various densities, such as LDR18 or LDR27, already approved for multiple sectors.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ecozote\u00ae PE\/R<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: formulated with approximately 30% post-consumer recycled material (PCR), with a matt black appearance and fine cell structure. The preferred option when the aim is to reinforce the circular economy message or access green public procurement programmes. The LD24 FR version adds fire-retardant properties for demanding environments such as aeronautics.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both materials feature a closed-cell structure, high elastic recovery and low VOC emissions, making them ideal for reusable packaging, sensitive components, vehicle interiors, sports parts and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segments already using Ecozote\u00ae<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentation and protective packaging<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical inserts with precision contours, consistent aesthetics and guaranteed repeatability.
