However, in the field of  <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zfoam.com\/en\/foam-rubber\/\">rubber foam<\/a><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cellular rubber<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">processing, it is common to find materials\u2014especially those from distant sources\u2014accompanied by fire and smoke tests that do not adequately represent the actual performance of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main technical risk does not lie in the age of the documentation (although this should not exceed 5 years), but in the<\/span> <b>incorrect extrapolation of the certified thickness.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A test conducted on 3 mm does not guarantee compliance when the final part is manufactured in 8 mm, 10 mm, or more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why does a 3 mm certificate not validate a 10 mm material?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The technical limitation of thickness and combustible mass<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chloroprene-based synthetic rubbers are combustible materials.
