Our commitment to sustainability and caring for the environment, both in our products and in their manufacturing processes, is increasing. Manufacturing and using an increasingly wide range of ECO<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>foams<\/strong>, is one of our top priorities at this time, so we are investing significant efforts and resources to achieve this. <\/span> <\/p>\n

In fact, at <\/span>ZFoam we already recycle 95% of the waste<\/b> we generate, giving them a second life in the form of sub-bases for sports floors, an element that also has a strong demand and that finds in this recycled material, an excellent raw material.<\/span><\/p>\n

New ECO Bio PN foam<\/strong><\/h2>\n

BIO PN<\/i><\/b> is the next addition to our ECO <\/span>foam range<\/b>, which will be released in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>It is a <\/span>made from biopolymers that uses forest residues of controlled and certified origin as<\/b> raw material.<\/b>. One of its great advantages is <\/span>that its carbon footprint is negative<\/b>, so that it captures CO2 during its production process and also maintains the same physical properties as standard materials, which is a significant step forward compared to them. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the other hand, the plant origin of its biopolymers and their correct traceability through the entire supply chain are certified by <\/span>ISCC<\/b> (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification), an internationally recognized body and, <\/span>ZFoam<\/strong>, has been the first European company from this sector to obtain this certification<\/strong>. This is a great satisfaction for all of us and puts us a little closer to our commitment to the use of recyclable and recycled materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

BIO PN<\/span>foam<\/b> shares many of its characteristics with the<\/span> BIO PT<\/b> foam, but in this case, we manufacture it in blocks of high thickness, which can reach up to 100 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n

ZFoam ECO foams<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Thus, the ECO foam family<\/a> is made up of the products ECO S33, ECO RCL, LJ BIO, BIO PT and, soon, also by BIO PN.<\/span><\/p>\n
