30 years make for a long way and more when we talk about technical foams for all kinds of industrial applications. We are witnesses of how the different materials for the manufacture of foams have been evolving, adapting to the needs of each sector, and improving their performance, until today, in which we have technical foams of unbeatable quality for the most demanding applications, where there is no room for less than 100% performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Zfoam, we have the technical foam you need<\/b><\/h2>\n

We have a clear example of these high qualities, in the foams that we make available to the industrial and construction sectors. For the first of them, our foams play an excellent role in the railway, automotive, naval, aeronautical, electronic or renewable energy industries, to name just a few.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specifically, crosslinked PE and non-crosslinked PE foams, rubber foams, polyurethane foams or the range of Azote and Zotek foams, are some of the main materials we use to offer great performance in a product with 100% reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, with regard to construction and thanks to these solutions on which we do not stop researching, we are able to provide a wide range of personalized pieces for the absorption of irregularities and vibrations, thermal and acoustic insulation, water tightness and many other equally important uses.<\/span><\/p>\n

The railway sector What can we contribute?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Taking advantage of our attendance at the Innotrans exhibition in Berlin during September, we will now focus on some of the solutions that ZFoam brings to this specific sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

We work with foams of low weight and excellent performance<\/strong><\/a> prepared to withstand all kinds of adverse conditions, which means producing fire barriers, thermal insulation at high temperatures, acoustic insulation, sealing and watertight joints or panels for walls, floors and ceilings, as well as insulation in HVAC ducts, among many other solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is important to know that our foams are tested under the fire performance standard EN-45545 and that we realize the entire transformation process, so we have total control in all its phases: selection of materials, design, cutting and supply of foams in the form of easy-to-assemble kits.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fact that these technical foams are commonly used in sectors that are so rigorous when selecting their materials, gives a clear idea of \u200b\u200btheir suitability and durability in any industrial application and at ZFoam, we are proud to be part of it.<\/span><\/p>\n
