Cependant, dans le domaine de la transformation des  <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zfoam.com\/fr\/mousse-de-caoutchouc-cellulaire\/\">mousses de caoutchouc<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des caoutchoucs cellulaires<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il est courant de trouver des mat\u00e9riaux, en particulier ceux provenant de loin, accompagn\u00e9s d&rsquo;essais au feu et \u00e0 la fum\u00e9e qui ne refl\u00e8tent pas correctement le comportement r\u00e9el du produit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le principal risque technique ne r\u00e9side pas dans l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 de la documentation (m\u00eame si celle-ci ne devrait pas d\u00e9passer 5 ans), mais dans <\/span><b>l&rsquo;extrapolation incorrecte de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur certifi\u00e9e.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Un essai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur 3 mm ne garantit pas la conformit\u00e9 lorsque la pi\u00e8ce finale est fabriqu\u00e9e en 8 mm, 10 mm ou plus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourquoi un certificat de 3 mm ne valide-t-il pas un mat\u00e9riau de 10 mm ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La limitation technique de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et de la masse combustible<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les caoutchoucs synth\u00e9tiques \u00e0 base de chloropr\u00e8ne sont des mat\u00e9riaux combustibles. Lorsqu&rsquo;un laboratoire certifie un \u00e9chantillon \u00ab fin \u00bb, il \u00e9value une quantit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise de masse combustible et de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fum\u00e9es.
