Elle fait partie int\u00e9grante du syst\u00e8me de protection. Et cela implique une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui, parfois, peut \u00eatre d\u00e9rangeante. Vous pouvez choisir le bon mat\u00e9riau\u2026 et pourtant \u00ab \u00e9chouer \u00bb si la pi\u00e8ce ne se transforme pas, ne s\u2019int\u00e8gre pas et ne r\u00e9pond pas aux exigences du produit.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour que vous compreniez rapidement, je vais vous pr\u00e9senter une situation tr\u00e8s courante (et tr\u00e8s co\u00fbteuse). Un fabricant lance une genouill\u00e8re dont le comportement est impeccable en laboratoire. Apr\u00e8s quelques semaines d\u2019utilisation sur le terrain, la pi\u00e8ce commence \u00e0   <\/span><b>se d\u00e9former.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. L\u2019utilisateur ne le remarque pas le premier jour. Ni le deuxi\u00e8me. Mais lorsque la mousse ne reprend plus sa forme entre les chocs, la protection cesse d\u2019\u00eatre une protection.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Une mousse qui ne reprend pas sa forme entre les impacts ne prot\u00e8ge pas. Ce n&rsquo;est pas la duret\u00e9. C&rsquo;est   <\/span><b>le taux de d\u00e9formation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une mousse peut sans probl\u00e8me passer un essai de compression \u00ab lent \u00bb et, malgr\u00e9 tout, s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer inadapt\u00e9e \u00e0 son utilisation. Lors d\u2019un impact r\u00e9el, la vitesse de d\u00e9formation modifie compl\u00e8tement le comportement du polyur\u00e9thane. La cl\u00e9 est de choisir le mat\u00e9riau en fonction de la <\/span><b>charge r\u00e9elle<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et du<\/span> <b>cycle d&rsquo;utilisation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, et non par habitude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s qui, en environnement tactique, ne sont pas facultatives.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outre la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs, deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rev\u00eatent une importance plus grande qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y para\u00eet dans le domaine de la protection tactique :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La respirabilit\u00e9 (cellule ouverte)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La cellule ouverte permet la circulation de l&rsquo;air et de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau. Lors de missions de longue dur\u00e9e ou d\u2019activit\u00e9s intenses, cela se traduit par un  <\/span>r\u00e9el confort<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, moins de mac\u00e9ration et moins de fatigue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Protection antimicrobienne int\u00e9gr\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En cas d\u2019utilisation intensive, le mat\u00e9riau est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 la sueur, \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9, \u00e0 la boue et aux cycles de nettoyage. Le recours \u00e0 un additif antimicrobien aide \u00e0 freiner la prolif\u00e9ration bact\u00e9rienne associ\u00e9e aux odeurs et, pire encore, \u00e0 la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de l\u2019ensemble. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute un classique qui revient toujours. La <\/span><b>r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation permanente (compression set)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Canaux, transitions, segmentation et bords affin\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter les points durs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">02 \u00b7 Protection des plaques balistiques en c\u00e9ramique<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La c\u00e9ramique balistique est tr\u00e8s efficace contre les projectiles, mais elle peut \u00eatre vuln\u00e9rable aux chocs hors plan (chutes, transport, manipulation). Il r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie transmise lorsque l&rsquo;impact est arr\u00eat\u00e9 par la plaque. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des applications les plus d\u00e9licates, car le r\u00e9glage est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trop souple \u2192 ne r\u00e9duit pas le transfert.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trop rigide \u2192 concentre l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9paisseur incorrecte \u2192 compromet la fermeture et l&rsquo;ergonomie du porte-plaques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ici, la sp\u00e9cification ne peut pas \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9rique, elle est calibr\u00e9e en fonction de la conception finale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">04 \u00b7 Rembourrage des syst\u00e8mes de portage<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porte-plaques, ceintures, sacs \u00e0 dos d&rsquo;assaut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans ce cas, le mat\u00e9riau travaille principalement en<\/span> <b>compression statique soutenue <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pendant des heures), et non en cas d&rsquo;impact.
