INSULATION

Glass fibre and mineral wool. Insulating cellulose panels. Textile felt. Heavy polymers. Intumescent materials. Insulation for temperatures up to 1,000°C.

At ZFoam we offer a wide range of insulation solutions, including:

  • Reticulated polyethylene foam: this is an excellent solution for temperatures
ranging from approximately -40 to 100°C. It is very easy to cut, machine, add
adhesive coatings, assemble and clean, and is safe for operators. We have
specific grades that meet the high standards demanded by the automotive, rail,
aviation and defence industries, among others.
  • Melamine resin: this material is lightweight and easy to assemble.
  • Glass fibre: this is a lightweight, highly versatile and durable material that is
made from numerous fibres of glass. It has excellent properties as a thermal
    and acoustic insulator.
  • Mineral wool: its uses and insulating properties are almost identical to those of
glass fibre. The main difference is its form of manufacture, as mineral wool is
    made from volcanic rock.
  • Heavy polymers: these materials offer a step forward in acoustic insulation,
owing to their capacity to muffle loud noises such as airborne sounds or those
    caused by impacts.

INSULATION FOR:

  • Automotive industry

  • Rail industry

  • White goods

  • Aeronautical industry

  • Shipbuilding industry

  • Renewable energies

  • Bulding

Ecological insulating foams

  • Insulating cellulose panels: a versatile, environmentally friendly and sustainable
solution that is becoming increasingly popular and provides excellent thermal
    and acoustic insulation.
  • Textile felt: an environmentally friendly, biodegradable and reusable material
that provides optimum results when used as insulation.

Thermal insulators

  • Intumescent materials: these materials are fire-resistant and widely used for
insulation and the sealing of joints. When they come into contact with fire,
these materials swell and prevent the flames from spreading.
  • Insulation for temperatures up to 1,000°C..
