Sometimes, our customers have everything they need to order the production of their product, without further intermediate steps. We talk about drawings, calculation of thicknesses, type of foam or availability of the boxes where the foam will be placed, to mention a few examples.
However, the opposite situation can happen and the customer may need all this information before we can manufacture his product. In these situations, we offer a complete service: we take care of the design, consider all product specifications, advice on the most appropriate type of foam to use, its recycling or any other technical issue.. Even, if necessary, we put the client in contact with manufacturers of cardboard boxes, wood or plastic suitcases, where foam will be placed.
Attention to detail makes the difference
In addition to taking care of you from the design phase to the final product, if necessary, we offer you the attention to detail and level of technical competence that will make a significant difference and that you will appreciate from the first moment.
This is especially noticeable, for example, in the adjustment of the thicknesses. Instead of working with multiples of 5mm (as is very common in the industry) we offer a tolerance of +/-0.5mm, which allows us to manufacture, for example, a foam thickness of 24.5mm, providing exactly what each client needs. This is a very important issue, especially when the foam is placed at the bottom of a box.
On the other hand, we are able to add double-sided adhesive layer to all our foams so that the customer, simply removing the protective paper, can stick it inside the box, suitcase, etc..

At ZFoam we know the importance of product customization, especially if we talk about packaging and other forms of presentation where the visual aspect is of key importance.
Thus, we can work on foams of different colors, print directly on them, do laser engraving for logos, texts, references, etc., place cardboard on the foam (cache cale), lamination of fabrics, flock the foams and much more, to get that distinguishing aesthetic touch that you want.
