ZOTEK FOAMS
Polyamide, PVDF and Pebax® base and are manufactured using the Azote high-pressure nitrogen injection process.
We also offer ZOTEK® N, ZOTEK® F and ZOTEK® PEBA foams, which have a polyamide, PVDF and Pebax® base and are manufactured using the Azote high-pressure nitrogen injection process. These foams boast a number of exceptional properties and are designed to offer high levels of performance in the most demanding environments.
ZOTEK® N foams can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 205°C, are highly resistant to chemicals and fire, are extremely long-lasting and provide excellent insulation against both high and low temperatures. They can be used in the manufacture of domestic appliances, anti-vibration systems, vehicle insulation, personal protective equipment and cushioned sportswear, among many other applications.

Characteristics of Zotek foams
For its part, the properties of ZOTEK® F include resistance to chemicals, oxidants and temperatures up to 110°C, and it performs extremely well against fire owing to its low flammability and emission of fumes.
It is also highly durable and able to withstand ultraviolet light and nuclear radiation.
