Types of Technical Foams Available

We work with a wide variety of foams according to the needs of each client and field of application, from the most common to the most specialized. In all cases, we have a deep knowledge of the particularities of each foam, and we have the most cutting-edge technologies for their conversion.

At ZFoam you will find:

    • Crosslinked PE foams
      It is one of the most common materials, used for presentation and protection of products, packaging, or manufacturing of products for the sports, industrial or construction sectors.
    • Non-crosslinked PE foams
      Widely used as packaging and for the manufacture of products for the food industry. It has excellent properties as a thermal and acoustic insulator, as well as being 100% recyclable.
    • Rubber foams
      It is a particularly resistant and durable option, with the capacity to withstand chemical agents, temperatures between -40 and 140 degrees and to be kept outdoors without problems, since it is also resistant to ozone and ultraviolet rays
    • PTPK foams
      They are characterized by their softness, easy compressibility, great elasticity, the ability to regain its original shape and their resistance to chemical agents. As an example of use: air and water sealing applications .
    • PU foams
      A widely used material in construction, industry and packaging thanks to its resistance and solidity, as well as its properties as an acoustic and anti-vibration insulator.
    • Polyurethane elastomers
      We work with Regupol® (recycled rubber agglomerate) and Regufoam® (foamed polyurethane elastomers). Its uses include protection against vibrations and impact noise in buildings, as well as in various types of machinery.
    • Azote Foams
      These foams, with a large number of possible applications (from sealing and joints to the manufacture of high-performance sports equipment), stand out for the absence of chemical foam residues, volatile organic compounds (VOC), HCFCs and VOCs. In addition, they present special grades with flame retardant additives (FR and FM grades) and antistatic and conductive products (SD, CN grades).
    • Zotek foams
      We are fully familiar with Zotek foams (ZOTEK® N, ZOTEK® F and ZOTEK® PEBA), a high-performance material, designed to offer high performance in the most demanding environments. We can find them both in the manufacture of household appliances, as well as personal protective equipment, aeronautics and other sectors with high demands.
